Oracle Precision operates a dedicated industrial paint booth facility equipped with vacuum extraction and wet spray technology, enabling us to deliver high quality, professional paint finishes for precision engineered components.

Our paint booth has a capacity of 3.5 metres wide, 3 metres deep and 2.6 metres high, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of component sizes for in house surface finishing. This integrated capability supports efficient production workflows and reduces lead times by eliminating the need for third party coating services.

We specialise in wet spray painting for precision machined components, providing durable, uniform and high performance finishes suitable for demanding engineering environments. With many years of experience supplying the prototyping, medical, rail, aerospace and power generation sectors, we understand the importance of surface protection, corrosion resistance and visual quality in critical applications.

All painted components undergo thorough inspection to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards. Oracle Precision provides comprehensive quality control and supporting documentation as required, giving customers full traceability and confidence in the finished product.

In addition, we operate a calibrated Elcometer inspection facility to accurately measure coating thickness and verify finish quality, ensuring consistent compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
